Maintaining good customer service is of no small matter in today’s heavily competitive market space where call centers are constantly in search of the most cost efficient ways to improve their customer-facing strategies. To drive overall call center performance, BenchmarkPortal (News - Alert) will be hosting a training week dubbed “Call Center Campus Week” in November in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This training week will allow call center supervisors and decision makers to attend sessions and discussions that will shed light on the latest developments in the call center industry and how the most successful call centers maintain their premium customer service. The program entails featured talks and workshops that will aim to engage participants and improve broad understanding of the best practices required to operate a profitable and reputable call center.
The Call Center Campus Week is conducted by BenchmarkPortal’s College of Call Center Excellence, and will host a number of industry experts along with BenchmarkPortal’s team of instructors who will lead and guide classes and group discussions that will identify and aim to remedy the challenges for the modern call center.
The Call Center Campus Training will occur November 5-7 and include certification workshops, access to the two-day symposium to follow, benchmarking survey, networking breakfasts and breaks, and lodging. The Call Center Campus Symposium on November 8th and 9th involves industry-leading keynote speakers, learning sessions, ‘hot topic’ roundtable discussions, a networking reception, and an awards ceremony.
Call centers can only run efficiently and successfully with well-trained employees and knowledgeable supervisors. The symposium intends to address the hurdles that today’s call centers face when approaching how to best address the changes in the customer service industry. The sessions are sure to provide useful tools and enable the establishing of great business connections amongst attendees.
