NextiraOne Austria Wins Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence (CSAT) Award

- Alert) Systems announced that European contact center solutions developer, NextiraOne (News - Alert) Austria, has received the Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence (CSAT) award.
Cisco said that award recognizes NextiraOne’s efforts at delivering a high standard of customer service on a day-to-day basis, the company in a press release. The CSAT Excellence Award is determined by reviewing direct feedback from Cisco-customers. Cisco notes that the CSAT Excellence award demonstrated that customers view NextiraOne as one of the most customer-centric Cisco-partners in the region and are highly satisfied with the service they receive from the company.
NextiraOne provides end-to-end communications solutions in concert with technology companies worldwide. The company has a direct sales and service operations in 15 countries and serves more than 60,000 customers including many businesses with international sales. NextiraOne designs, installs, maintains and supports sustainable solutions to manage almost all aspects of an organization’s communications needs, including contact centre solutions to Unified Communications (News - Alert), Data Centers and managed services, delivering mobile, secure and infrastructures for voice, data and video communications.
CSAT Excellence Award winner must demonstrate a high-level of expertise in Cisco technologies as well as an on-going partnership with Cisco, the company said. NextiraOne’s communications support team was rated highly by Cisco customers and the company is in partnership with Cisco. The close cooperation between Cisco and NextiraOne was recently emphasized by NextiraOne’s recent selection as the only Cisco Master Partner for Unified Communications (UC) in Austria. NextiraOne retains Cisco Gold Partner Status. Cisco says that these certifications reflect the NextiraOne’s dedication and wide-ranging expertise in the implementation of Cisco-related customer projects.

Cisco noted that NextiraOne Group has received Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence awards in a total of eight European countries and NextiraOne France was recently named as Communication Partner of the year at the Alcatel-Lucent (News
