To Benchmarking and Beyond: Call Center Training and Networking Event Coming Soon

Event organizers say it will gather “the top certified Centers of Excellence, industry experts, CCCE alumni and CCCE course attendees,” as well as the team from BenchmarkPortal, to “explore benchmarking and beyond.”

As part of the event there will be a special networking night which will give attendees an opportunity to meet their peers, other Certified Centers of Excellence and work on team projects, event organizers say, adding that an executive round table discussion will follow to discuss the call center industry and emerging trends:

Oh, and it will be a fairly unusual event in that there aren’t any vendors there. “This opportunity is unlike any other event for the call center industry as there will be no vendors and provides a chance for industry members to meet best in class centers, discuss future trends that are emerging such as social media in call centers, and the impact of benchmarking for the future,” organizers say.

Among the courses offered are “Call Center Management Certification,” “Call Center Workforce Management Certification,” Call Center Social Media Certification” and “Call Center Quality Monitoring Certification.” In addition there will be a special Networking Night and Executive Round Table Discussion.
