BenchmarkPortal’s (News - Alert) call center certification programs are some of the fastest ways for you to get your customer service team’s management proper training quickly and effectively. The course will take place July 19-22, 2011.
The course is composed of ten information-rich modules that include lecture, discussion and learning activity "case studies .“ The studies focus on practical problem solving as they relate to current understandings about the best way to operate a call center. The curriculum, which was originally developed by Dr. Jon Anton of Purdue University (News - Alert), has been expanded and updated by Bruce Belfiore, Dean of the College, Dayne Petersen, Lead Instructor, and their staff of industry experts.
The class sizes allow for one-on-one interaction with the instructors and enable effective networking with colleagues and industry peers. Typically participants include Call Center Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents. These courses help them better manage a call center and strengthen relationships with other departments.
Complete course documentation for each attendee is provided, including a comprehensive workbook with over 100 pages and a sample case study -- a document for easy reference when you are applying new skills at work. Participants return home with "take aways" that will make a real difference to them and their centers.
Once completed participants become part of the BenchmarkPortal community, and are entitled to a complimentary Benchmarking Report and webex-style "read-out" of your results with your College instructor. Participants also receive documentation that demonstrated their successful completion of the program and the requirements there in.
